You agree to use the website lawfully and honestly. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, infringe another person's rights, or use the website for fraudulent or prohibited activity.

MegaCart may suspend or restrict access, cancel an order, or investigate activity where there is a reasonable concern about misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Product information and pricing

MegaCart aims to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and stock information accurate. Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, supplier packaging, or product updates.

Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. MegaCart may correct an apparent pricing or description error and may cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when MegaCart confirms it for processing or dispatch.

MegaCart may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, delivery information is incomplete, payment is not confirmed, fraud risk is identified, or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent fulfilment. You are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, delivery address, and city.

5. Payment

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and approved online payment methods. For online payments, the transaction must be confirmed by the payment provider before MegaCart treats the order as paid.

You must not use a payment method without authorization. If a payment fails or appears deducted without a completed order, contact MegaCart with your order and transaction details.

6. Delivery

MegaCart delivers across Pakistan through courier services. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 to 5 working days, though this may vary by city, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, and remote-area routing. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed deadlines.

Tracking information may be provided by SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable address and being available to receive the parcel.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by MegaCart's Refund & Returns Policy. A damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video. Do not return a product before receiving instructions from MegaCart.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and photographs — may be owned by MegaCart or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
